Here is the information for our customers.

Isarangdoo products are sold through Naver Shopping(Smart Store) to provide you with a convenient and secure payment experience.

- Order/Payment Confirmation: You can check it on the Naver Shopping Order/Delivery Inquiry page.

- Shipping/Product/CS Inquiries: All inquiries and service requests are directly handled by Hanwoori Medihealth care Co., Ltd.

- Customer Service Center: Please check the seller information on the Naver Smart Store(Operating hours: Weekdays 09:30–17:00).

Coupons or reward points issued on our official website are not linked to the Naver Smart Store system and therefore cannot be used.

However, any discounts or benefits offered within Naver Shopping are applicable.

Changes are only possible before the payment is completed, and you must contact customer service.

Once the order status changes to “Preparing for Shipment,” cancellation or modification is no longer possible. 

In that case, after receiving the product, you must request a return and cover the round-trip shipping cost.

You can check the details through the Naver Shopping Non-Member Order Inquiry page using the email address 

and mobile phone number you entered at the time of purchase.

This is to provide you with Naver’s convenient shopping environment such as Naver Pay, Naver Points earning/usage and secure payment processing.

[Cover]: We recommend washing separately in cold water using a mild detergent, preferably on a wool or delicate cycle.

[Body]: Washing the pillow body is not recommended.

- For the Mongsusu Pillow, the inner foam must not be washed with water. 

  If it becomes soiled(such as from the baby’s sweat), gently wipe it with a damp cotton cloth or alcohol, and allow it to dry completely before use. 

  Please make sure to follow the instructions carefully when using the product.

- For the Be-ange Body Pillow, the inner foam cannot be washed and must never be placed in a washing machine. 

  However, the body cover is made of mesh material and can be washed if placed in a laundry net.

Yes. 

The Mongsusu Pillow and Be-ange Body Pillow from Isarangdoo have completed the KC Children’s Product Certification(for under 3 years old), 

ensuring they are safe for babies to use.

For card payments, it usually takes 3–7 business days for the card company to process the cancellation.

For virtual account (bank transfer) payments, the refund is processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The Be-Ange body pillow features a bellows-like structure inside its body, which allows you to adjust its shape to fit your baby's posture.

This versatile design makes it suitable for various uses, such as:

- Head shape management

- Preventing the Moro reflex

- Keeping a baby from rolling off the Mongsusu pillow

- Providing posture support

To check the head shape, you can use a measuring tape (or a string if you don't have one) to measure the circumference of the baby's head. Measure horizontally, just above the eyebrows and passing over the tips of the ears.

To determine the head shape, take a photo of the baby from directly above, keeping the camera horizontal so that you can see the tip of their nose. This will allow you to clearly see the head's shape.
